Ingredients
- 1 packet tomato (s), happened
- 1 can tomato (s), finely chopped
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- basil
- salt and pepper
- 2 packs gnocchi
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 packet mozzarella

- Dice the mozzarella & cut the basil into small pieces, then set aside.
- Peel and dice the onion and let it turn to glass in a saucepan. Then add tomatoes (passed, and those from the can) and half a glass of water and let simmer.
- In the meantime, bring the water to the boil for the gnocchi.
- When the gnocchi are in the boiling water, season the sauce (be careful with the cayenne pepper, you can make a mistake and it will be way too hot).
- When the gnocchi are done, remove the sauce from the heat and add the mozzarella & basil. Now drain the gnocchi, distribute on plates and pour the sauce over them.
- The mozzarella becomes nice and soft and pulls wonderful threads.
