  • 4 large tomato (s) or 8 smaller, ripe, halved horizontally
  • 2 handfuls bread (s) - crumbs, fresh
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 handful parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 egg (s), whisked
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Carefully hollow out the tomatoes. Salt and pepper inside, then turn over and drain.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients. Place the tomatoes upright in a greased ovenproof dish and fill with the bread mixture. Place in the oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
  3. Serve hot.
