Ingredients

  • 500 g tortellini, with ricotta or meat filling
  • 100 g salami
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 ml of sweet cream
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 teaspoon stock, granulated
  • ½ glass of hot peppers, mild
  • 1 hot pepper, red, hot
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan
  • olive oil
  • Thyme and oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in salted water. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped garlic and hot peppers in it. Dice the salami and ham, cut the pepperoni into slices. Steam everything together in the olive oil for about 10 minutes. Deglaze with cream and granulated broth and thicken with tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper, thyme and oregano. Finally mix the tortellini into the sauce and let it get hot.
  2. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
