Ingredients
- 500 g tortellini with veetables or cheese, fresh
- 100 g rocket
- 1 avocado (s)
- 200 g Goronzola
- cream
- Sunflower seeds

- Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Don`t let it get too soft.
- In the meantime, wash and dry the arugula and place in a large bowl. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and cut the flesh in the skin into cubes with a knife. Scoop out with a spoon and pour over the rocket. Mash the gorgonzola in a small bowl with a little milk or cream and melt in the microwave. Then mix well.
- Mix the drained tortellini with the Gorgonzola sauce and pour over the salad. Mix gently and serve garnished with seeds or nuts.
