Ingredients

  • 1 packet tortellini from the cooling shelf with a vegetarian filling
  • 500 g yourt, at least 3.8%
  • 100 ml virgin olive oil
  • 12 cocktail tomatoes, not too tiny
  • 10 basil leaves
  • salt
  • 0.5 clove ½ garlic
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Season the yogurt with salt and crushed garlic.
  3. Meanwhile, put the olive oil and the tomatoes, quartered or halved, depending on their size, in a pan and simmer over high heat until the tomatoes have melted and the skin begins to peel off. Remove the pan from the heat, season with salt and add the finely chopped basil leaves and a little paprika.
  4. Divide the tortellini on plates, put the yogurt and then the tomatoes in olive oil on top.
  5. A very simple, light, and great looking meal that is made quickly. The specified amount is sufficient for 4 people as a starter and for 2 people as a main course.
