Ingredients

  • 150 g natural yohurt, 3.5% fat
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon ajvar, hot
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic granules
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Mix the yoghurt and sour cream together. Then stir in the spices. You can also use fresh, pressed garlic, it only becomes more intense the longer the sauce steeps. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic and let steep in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. If you don`t have the time, that`s okay too.
  2. We eat the sauce with kebabs. It also tastes great with grilled meat, as a salad dressing or with French fries, etc.
