Ingredients

  • 200 g shrimp (s), cooked peeled
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 50 g mayonnaise for salads
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 8 slices toast
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill

Instructions

  1. Cut the prawns into small cubes. Wash tomatoes and cut in half. Remove the juice and seeds, cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Cut the basil into strips.
  2. Mix the mascarpone with mayonnaise. Stir in the prawns, tomatoes and basil, season with salt and pepper. Wash the lettuce leaves and dab them with paper towels. Cut out the thick ribs in the middle. Cut half of the bread diagonally into triangles. Cover the rest with 1 lettuce leaf each and spread the shrimp mixture on top. Place triangles on top, press lightly and cut completely diagonally.
