Ingredients

  • 6 piece (s) bread (s) Tramezzini bread, rectangular, approx. 30 cm long + 10 cm wide

For the topping: 1

  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, miracle wip olive, low in fat
  • 10 olives, black, pitted
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 0.5 ½ kl. Head radicchio
  • Lemon juice, salt, pepper

For the topping: 2

  • 4 slices ham, cooked, sliced extremely thin
  • 1 handful rocket
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, miracle wip olive, low in fat
  • salt and pepper

For the topping: 3

  • 8 slices roast pork - cold cuts, very finely sliced
  • 6 artichokes, marinated in their own juice or oil
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, miracle wip olive, low in fat
  • Lemon juice, salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot

Instructions

  1. Surface 1:
  2. Drain the tuna, if necessary pat dry with kitchen paper. Cut the pitted olives into very thin rings. Cut half a small head of radicchio into thin strips, mix everything with the mayonnaise, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Divide into 4 servings. Lay out 2 slices of tramezzini bread, spread 2 x 1 part of the mixture on each slice of bread, see photo, then beat together, see photo, and cut diagonally.
  3. Surface 2:
  4. Finely chop the eggs, mix with the mayonnaise, season. Lay out 2 slices of tramezzini bread, spread thinly with the egg mayonnaise mixture. Top with the rocket, then put the cooked ham on top, see photo, beat together. Cut diagonally.
  5. Surface 3:
  6. Chop the artichokes and mix well with the mayonnaise, mustard, a little lemon juice, salt and pepper. Lay out 2 tramezzini breads, brush with the artichoke mayo mixture, place the roast pork slices on top, see photo, beat together and cut diagonally.
