Ingredients

  • 250 g tuna, in oil
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 4 leaves radicchio
  • 8 slices white bread (box bread) or sandwich bread
  • 1 tomato (s)

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna and pick a little with a fork. Mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream or yoghurt, mix in the tuna and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the radicchio leaves and pat dry. Wash the tomato as well, cut out the stem end and cut the tomato into thin slices.
  3. Cover 4 bread slices with a radicchio leaf and tomato slices each and spread the tuna mixture on top. Cover with the remaining slices of bread and press lightly. Cut the loaves diagonally.
  4. Tips: for a change, you can also mix 1 teaspoon of capers or finely chopped herbs (dill tips, parsley, basil) and salads such as rocket with the tuna mixture.
  5. If you want, you can cut the bread twice diagonally to make it even easier to eat.
