Ingredients
- 8 slices toast
- 4 slices sausage, cervelatwurst
- 4 slices cheese, young Gouda cheese
- 4 slices turkey breast or chicken breast
- Iceberg lettuce
- remoulade
- butter

- Cut off a few leaves from the iceberg lettuce and cut out the thick veins.
- Brush four slices of toast with butter, four with tartar sauce.
- Cover the buttered with iceberg lettuce, then a slice of Cervelatwurst. Spread a thin layer of tartar sauce on top and place the cheese on top.
- Then a little iceberg lettuce on top of which the slice of turkey breast or chicken breast is placed.
- Finally, put another slice of iceberg lettuce on top and cover with the toasted bread slice coated with tartar sauce.
