Ingredients

75 g dark chocolate
75 g milk chocolate
75 ml cream

Instructions

Grease an approx. 20 x 20 or 28 x 15 cm pan and refrigerate. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath, stir in the butter. Chop the milk and white chocolate.
Meanwhile preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
Beat the eggs until frothy, pour in the sugar and keep beating until the mixture is creamy. Stir in the aroma. Mix the flour and cocoa, stir in with the cream, fold in the melted chocolate and chocolate pieces. Pour into the prepared form and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes so that a stick comes out slightly moist when taking the stick sample. Allow to cool in the mold.
Then melt the two types of chocolate in a water bath and gradually stir in the cream. Spread this ganache over the cooled brownies and let it set. However, they are a real pleasure even without a topping - still warm!
