- 150 g butter
- 120 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 250 g flour
- 50 g cocoa
- 125 ml milk
- 70 g chocolate, white
- 70 g milk chocolate
- 70 g dark chocolate

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
- Melt the butter (e.g. in the microwave), then beat it with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then add the eggs. Add the flour, baking powder and cocoa and stir. Add the milk and mix everything together.
- Chop the chocolate and stir in with a spoon to prevent the pieces from breaking.
- Pour the batter into muffin molds and bake for 15 minutes.
- For me it will be 15 pieces. If you like, you can add jam, powdered sugar or other toppings to the muffins after baking.
