Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoon sugar or brown cane sugar
- 1 dash cream or condensed milk
- 400 ml water
- 5 packs vanilla sugar, (Bourbon vanilla) or vanilla pulp
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- pepper
- chili
- honey
- 1 shot amaretto
- 1 teaspoon, heaped corn starch

- Mix the sugar and cocoa and place in a saucepan. Then pour the water on it and stir everything well. Season to taste with chilli, pepper, salt and vanilla and stir vigorously so that everything mixes well. Stir in the cornstarch until smooth and add the cream. Bring to the boil briefly, then remove from heat.
- When the drink has cooled a little, add honey to taste and add the amaretto, it gives a special whistle.
- You can drink this drink hot, warm, cold and very cold, it always tastes good.
- I`ve already offered the drink at a party. The men were particularly enthusiastic.
