  • 750 g potato (s)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • some butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 liter vegetable stock
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice mix (truffle luck from Herbaria)

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces, peel and chop the onions. Then roast the onions in butter. Then briefly roast the potatoes and dust with flour.
  2. Pour in the broth and add the spice mixture. Cook the soup for 25 minutes. Then puree, then add the cream and froth up again and season to taste with salt, pepper and truffle.
