- 4 packs sweet cream
- Basil, dried
- 1 glass white wine
- pepper
- Oil (olive oil)

- Cut the onion into cubes and fry in olive oil. Add the tuna and fry briefly, then deglaze with the white wine. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes and season with the pepper and a good handful of basil. Add the cream, bring to the boil briefly - done.
