Tuna Fillet in the Oven

Not sure what to cook for a hot meal? I hasten to show you how to cook tuna fillet in the oven with aromatic spices, garlic and olive oil. Very tender and satisfying.

Servings: 3-4
Ingredients
- Tuna fillet – 900 grams
- Salt – 1 Pinch
- Pepper – 1 Pinch
- Fish Spices – 1 Teaspoon
- Garlic – 3-4 Cloves
- Olive oil – 100-120 Milliliters
Directions
- Immediately turn on the oven, let it heat up to 180 degrees. Wash the fillets and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Cut into small steaks like this. Season with salt and pepper a little on all sides.
- Place the fish pieces in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with spices. I do not recommend using a lot of seasonings for tuna fillets, so as not to kill the delicate taste of the fish.
- Peel the garlic and chop with a knife. Sprinkle the fish on top.
- Pour olive oil generously into a mold. Cover with a lid and you can go to the oven.
- Roast the tuna fillets in the oven for 10 minutes, then gently turn each piece and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
