  • Tuna fillet – 900 grams
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Pepper – 1 Pinch
  • Fish Spices – 1 Teaspoon
  • Garlic – 3-4 Cloves
  • Olive oil – 100-120 Milliliters

  1.  Immediately turn on the oven, let it heat up to 180 degrees. Wash the fillets and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Cut into small steaks like this. Season with salt and pepper a little on all sides.
  3. Place the fish pieces in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with spices. I do not recommend using a lot of seasonings for tuna fillets, so as not to kill the delicate taste of the fish.
  4. Peel the garlic and chop with a knife. Sprinkle the fish on top.

  5. Pour olive oil generously into a mold. Cover with a lid and you can go to the oven.
  6. Roast the tuna fillets in the oven for 10 minutes, then gently turn each piece and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
