Chicken Fillet in Bacon in the Oven

Chicken is probably the most popular meat of all. This is due primarily to the ratio of price and nutritional value. So now you will learn how to cook chicken fillet in bacon in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 700 Grams
  • Bacon – 200 Grams
  • Curd cheese – 150 Grams
  • Sweet red pepper – 1-2 pieces
  • Greens – To taste
  • Salt, pepper, spices – To taste
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp

Directions

  1. The chicken fillet should be cut into flat, wide pieces so that the filling fits in them. We beat off pieces of chicken if necessary. Salt and pepper. We take cottage cheese or curd cheese, spread it on each piece.
  2. Cut the red bell pepper into small cubes. Naturally, we remove the seeds. My greens and grind too. Pour vegetables on each piece of chicken coated with cheese. Roll each piece of chicken with herbs and pepper into a roll.
  3. Then we take the bacon and cut it into thin strips. Better to buy immediately sliced. Wrap each piece of rolled chicken with bacon. In order to prevent the rolls from falling apart, select heat-resistant dishes for their format so that they can be placed next to each other “plump”. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the rolls inside. We put to bake in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees.
  4. During baking, the rolls can be turned over once. If your oven has a grill function, use it 7 minutes before cooking. Then the bacon will be golden brown. These meat rolls can be served with any side dish.
