- 3 rolls to bake
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s)
- 1 onion (s), red
- 1 cup sour cream
- 50 g cheese, rated
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 8 basil leaves
- salt and pepper
- 1 chilli pepper (s), possibly

- Cut open the rolls (not baked). Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection).
- Finely dice the onion and bell pepper. Drain the tuna and add to the vegetables with the sour cream and grated cheese. Season well with the spices and mix. Finely pluck the basil and mix in.
- Spread the (relatively firm) mixture on the bun halves. The topping becomes relatively thick (and particularly tasty) with 3 rolls. Bake the rolls for about 20 minutes until the topping is a nice light brown color.
- A light, quick snack for lunch or a small dinner that will keep everyone full and satisfied.
