  • 2 slices puff pastry
  • 1 small shallot (s)
  • 2 cans tuna in oil, 80 g each
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • 50 g Gouda cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry slices and pinch the short ends together. Cut the shallot into rings and spread on the puff pastry. Place a can of tuna on each of the shallot rings. Spread the capers on top and cover with Gouda cheese.
  2. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. Arrange and serve.
