Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Miracel Whip
  • 1 cup sour cream or yoghurt or sour cream
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 2 cans tuna, natural
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Put the first six ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Season well (!) With pepper and salt, as the iceberg lettuce also takes away the taste.
  2. Clean the iceberg lettuce and cut into strips or pick apart. Fold in just before serving.
  3. Notes: You can of course also use other leafy lettuce, but we prefer iceberg lettuce because it stays crisp for longer and does not become mushy. Whether you use sour cream or yoghurt is at your own discretion. If you use sour cream, it can be useful to stir it a little more smoothly with a sip of milk. We love this salad when grilling or just with a baguette for dinner. I find it difficult to specify the portions. For the main course I would say 2 - 3 servings, as a side dish about 6 servings.
