  • 1 bag cheese (Edam), grated

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion cubes in a pan. Add the uncooked spaetzle to the pan and fry it until it is evenly warm. Season with salt and pepper. Now pour the cream over it and spread the cheese over it. Stir well and serve.
