Ingredients

  • 1 point dry yeast
  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 15 g olive oil

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in the above order in the mixing bowl and mix with the dough hook for 2 minutes.
  2. Shape the dough into a roll on a floured surface and put it on a baguette tray in the cold (!) Oven. If necessary, make an incision at the top with a sharp saw knife.
  3. Bake the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat (no convection) - about 35 minutes (depending on how fast / slowly the oven heats up). The dough will then rise slowly as the oven heats up.
