Ingredients

  • 360 g turkey steak (s)
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon oil for frying

For the sauce:

  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 30 g onion (s), finely diced
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 15 grams flour
  • 80 ml white wine
  • 100 ml chicken broth
  • 60 g cream
  • 70 g milk
  • 2 teaspoon, heaped mustard
  • 300 g broccoli florets, fresh
  • 20 g parmesan, freshly rated

Instructions

  1. Season and flour the turkey breast steaks. Sear the meat in a little oil and then remove it.
  2. For the sauce, roast the onions and garlic in the butter, add the flour and sweat, deglaze with the wine, stock, cream and milk and stir in the mustard. Add the broccoli florets to the sauce and cook until al dente.
  3. Divide the sauce in two casserole dishes, place the turkey steaks on top and sprinkle with parmesan.
  4. Bake the dish in a hot oven or grill at 230 ° C for about 10 minutes.
