Ingredients

  • 400 g turkey meat
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 small Jar soybeans
  • 1 small Glass bamboo shoot (s)
  • liter ⅛ chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 packet noodles, Chinese mince

Instructions

  1. Cut turkey meat into cubes, fry in oil. Cut the bell pepper into strips, dice the carrots and add to them. Deglaze with the chicken stock and soy sauce, add the remaining ingredients, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  2. Cook over a low flame until the carrots are tender (approx. 10-15 minutes). Stir in flour to thicken.
  3. Cook the Mie noodles in salted water for 4 minutes and drain well. Mix the chop suey with the noodles lightly.
