Turkey Fillet With Mushrooms, in a Creamy Sauce

Turkey with champignons in cream is a simple and tasty dish that can be prepared on a weekday, or for a festive table. Fried turkey fillet with mushrooms, in a creamy sauce, can be served alone or with any side dish.

Ingredients

  • Turkey fillet – 250 g
  • Champignons – 125 g
  • Cream 15% – 100 ml
  • Sunflower oil – 70 ml
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Ground curry – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dried dill – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. We will prepare the necessary products.

    Turkey cream can be used as 10%, 15% or 20%.
  2. Rinse the turkey fillet and dry with a paper towel. Cut the meat into oblong strips.
  3. Wipe the champignons with a damp kitchen towel and cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  4. Heat half of the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the turkey on all sides for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Put the fried meat on a plate and cover with a lid.
    Pour the remaining vegetable oil into the pan and fry the mushrooms and onions over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Return the meat to the pan, add the curry and stir.
  7. Pour the cream into the pan. Heat the turkey with mushrooms in cream for 5 minutes. Then add the dill and mix gently.
  8. Turkey with mushrooms in a creamy sauce, ready.
  9. We serve hot turkey as an independent dish or with any side dish.
