Ingredients

  • 200 g potato (s)
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tomato (s), medium-sized
  • 2 stems oregano
  • 100 g turkey schnitzel
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ oil
  • salt
  • Pepper White
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • possibly lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook covered for about 20 minutes. Clean and wash mushrooms. Peel the onions and garlic. Halve the mushrooms and onions, finely chop the garlic. Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces. Wash the oregano and pluck the leaves off. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into 2 medallions. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry medallions in it for about 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Take out medallions. Sauté the onions and garlic in the hot frying fat until translucent. Briefly sauté the mushrooms. Add the tomatoes and oregano. Cover everything and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and possibly lemon juice. Add medallions to the mushrooms in the pan and sauté briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Rinse the potatoes and peel off the peel. Eat with the medallions.
