Ingredients

  • 500 g asparaus, reen
  • salt
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 4 spring onion (s)
  • 200 g Goronzola
  • 4 turkey schnitzel approx. 150 g each
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 200 ° C).
  2. Wash the asparagus and cut off the ends. Bring salted water to the boil and cook the asparagus in it for about 4 minutes. Then drain and chill.
  3. Wash the tomatoes and cut in halves or quarters depending on the size. Wash and clean the spring onions and cut into rings with the crispy greens. Dice the gorgonzola.
  4. Salt and pepper the turkey schnitzel. Heat butter and oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel over high heat for about 1/2 minute on each side. Place them side by side in an ovenproof dish. Place the asparagus on the schnitzel. Mix the tomatoes and onion rings and spread on top, then sprinkle with the cheese cubes.
  5. Bake in the hot oven on the middle rack for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
