Ingredients

  • 4 turkey schnitzel

For the marinade:

  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules, or fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper, (black)
  • some chili, (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Wash the turkey escalope, dry it and cut it into pieces.
  2. Stick on skewers and set aside.
  3. Now mix the marinade with the ingredients below and brush the skewers with it.
  4. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  5. Can now be made on the grill or in the pan.
