Turkish Cake

Very easy to prepare, but delicious cake with a minimum set of ingredients. The baked goods are tender and airy, you will definitely like it!

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Sugar – 1 Glass
  • Milk – 1 Glass
  • Flour – 1 Glass
  • Vegetable oil – 0.5 cups
  • Baking dough – 10 Grams
  • Vanillin – 1 Gram

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Combine eggs, sugar, milk, butter, baking powder and vanillin in a deep bowl.
  3. Stir and add flour in portions.
  4. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the finished dough.
  5. I added some berry jam on top of the dough.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
  7. Turkish muffin is ready. Gently turn it over onto a plate and decorate it with powdered sugar or any icing if desired.
