  • 750 g leek
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 3 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice

Instructions

  1. Clean the leek well and cut into small slices. Cut the carrots into slices, halve if necessary. Sweat the leek and carrots in the hot oil.
  2. Then add the rice and cook with the water until the rice is cooked through. Season with tomato paste, salt and lemon juice at the end.
