Ingredients

  • 6 bell peppers, green / yellow pointed bell peppers
  • 1 bunch spring onions or
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Garlic, thyme, oregano, basil
  • 125 g sheep cheese, at / WW 100 or
  • Camembert (s) or cottage cheese mixed with grated cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Carefully cut into the lids and pull them out with a twisting motion! The core casing is almost removed!
  2. Fill the pods either with the sheep`s cheese block cut into 6 elongated strips or with the other cheese of your choice!
  3. No more seasoning, put the peppers in a lightly greased baking dish!
  4. Add the finely chopped onion and sliced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, some chilli and Knofi.
  5. Sprinkle generously with the thyme and oregano, sprinkle with oil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 degrees!
  6. At the end of the baking time, stir the onion, tomato and liquid!
  7. The melted sheep cheese / feta cheese brings the taste with the ingredients!
  8. Goes well with raw potatoes fried in a little oil or baked potatoes!
  9. Per serving 5.5 P with sheep cheese!
