Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 red peppers
  • 4 hot peppers
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 tablespoon paprika pulp
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 3 teaspoons pepper
  • 4 teaspoons paprika, (leaf paprika)
  • 100 g bacon, (lamb belly bacon)

For the dough:

  • 500g flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pack fresh yeast
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

  1. All ingredients are chopped up in a food processor and mixed together.
  2. You can either let the lamb belly bacon pull the minced meat through the meat grinder directly at the butcher`s or you can cut it very small and add it to it.
  3. For the dough:
  4. You can mix all ingredients together, knead into a yeast dough and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  5. You can form small balls from the dough and roll them out as large as the size of a cake plate.
  6. Now you can put a large tablespoon of the filling over each and distribute it with a fork.
  7. Preheat a non-stick pan on the stove, then bake the Turkish pizza on medium heat, covered with a saucepan lid.
  8. It is important that you bake the Turkish pizza with the lid closed, otherwise the minced meat will not be cooked.
  9. Have fun baking.
