Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 5 onion (s), red
  • 6 tomato (s)
  • 2 bell peppers or 3 pointed peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 250 g minced lamb or beef
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 5 tablespoon ajvar
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chilli flakes (Pul Biber)
  • 1 small cucumber (s)
  • 500 g white flour (e.. wheat flour)
  • 300 g natural yourt
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the yeast with the sugar until liquid. Knead a yeast dough with the flour, 1 pinch of salt and approx. 350 ml of water. Let it rise covered for 45 minutes.
  2. Peel the garlic cloves and 2 onions. Chop this with the peppers, 3 tomatoes and the parsley in the food processor. Add tomato paste, ajvar, pul biber, cumin and mince and let the machine work again briefly.
  3. Divide the dough into approx. 10 pieces and roll them out very thinly (approx. 25 cm diameter). Place the cakes on a baking sheet and brush with the mince. Place in the oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake for about 10 minutes. Thinly slice or slice the cucumber and the remaining onions and tomatoes.
  4. Stir together yoghurt, lemon juice and a little salt (possibly sugar). Cover the pizzas with the cucumber, onions, tomatoes and the yoghurt dip and serve.
  5. It also tastes delicious if you top the pizzas with carrot salad or coleslaw.
  6. I specified 10 minutes as the baking time. Of course, that depends on how many pizzas you get in the oven at the same time (unfortunately you have to wait in between times).
