  • 1 liter tomato (s), happened
  • 3 zucchini
  • 1 packet sausages (mini Nuremberg)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • Lemon pepper
  • salt
  • marjoram
  • oregano
  • Handful basil, fresh
  • Splash lemon juice

Instructions

  1. You take a pack of mini-Nürnberger and cut the sausages into small pieces. Fry these pieces in a little oil until brown.
  2. While frying the zucchini first cut into slices and cut the slices into approx. 1 cm wide strips. When the sausages are well seared, add them and fry them briefly.
  3. Now add the tomatoes and heat the whole thing.
  4. Cut the onion into small pieces and add them. However, this should not be cooked for long so that it has a little more bite and tastes fresher.
  5. Season to taste, add a few squirts of lemon juice for a fruity taste, chop fresh basil leaves and stir in.
