  • 5 egg yolks
  • 5 egg (s), whole
  • 200 g suar
  • 3 tablespoon vanilla sugar, real bourbon
  • 250 g rum, 54%
  • 600 g cream

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients, except for the cream, in the mixing bowl, close with the measuring cup and stir for 2 minutes / 70 ° C / speed 5. Add the cream and stir for 7 minutes / 70 ° C / speed 5.
  2. Then fill into hot rinsed bottles and close immediately.
  3. Important: do not fill the bottles to the brim as the eggnog will thicken. Shake well before opening!
  4. Tip: let it sit for a week, then it will taste really good!
