Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients, except for the cream, in the mixing bowl, close with the measuring cup and stir for 2 minutes / 70 ° C / speed 5. Add the cream and stir for 7 minutes / 70 ° C / speed 5.
  2. Then fill into hot rinsed bottles and close immediately.
  3. Important: do not fill the bottles to the brim as the eggnog will thicken. Shake well before opening!
