Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg quark
  • 100 ml oil
  • 8 egg (s)
  • 350 grams sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 350 ml egg liqueur
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g flaked almonds
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions

  1. Mix 200 g quark with oil, 1 egg, 100 g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar. Knead together with flour and baking powder to form a dough and then roll out on a greased baking sheet.
  2. Separate the seven remaining eggs. Mix the egg yolks with 1 kg of quark and egg liqueur. Now add the pudding powder, 250 g sugar and 1 sachet vanilla sugar and fold in. Fold in the raisins and almonds. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the cream. Spread the quark mixture on the dough.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 50 - 60 minutes.
