- 250 g butter
- 300 g suar
- 6 egg (s), separated
- 6 tablespoon semolina (durum wheat semolina)
- 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 pinch baking powder

- Mix the butter with sugar until frothy, then stir in the egg yolks one by one, add the quark, then the semolina mixed with baking powder, and finally fold in the stiffly beaten egg white. Line a springform pan with baking paper and grease the edge well, then fill in the dough. Bake for 1 hour at 150 °.
