Ingredients
- 500 g butter
- 400 g suar
- 500g flour
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 10 egg (s), separated
- 1 can beer, light
- 1 small Bottle / s aroma (lemon)

- Mix the butter, sugar, salt and egg yolks together until frothy. Sprinkle in the vanilla sugar. Then stir in the cream. Gradually add the beer. The dough must not be too thin, but also not too thick. Finally, carefully fold in the beaten egg white.
- Bake the waffles in the possibly greased waffle iron. Let cool down individually on a wire rack.
