Ingredients
- 1 kg jacket potato (s), cooled
- 0.5 ½ glass Miracel Whip, salad cream or mayonnaise
- 150 g yourt, mild
- 3 tablespoon mustard
- 2 medium pickled cucumber (s)
- 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 2 onions)
- salt and pepper
- possibly cream
- spice (s)

- Make the marinade from mayonnaise, mustard, yoghurt, diced cucumber, diced eggs, diced onion and spices. Cut the cold jacket potatoes into slices and fold in. Let it sit for a few hours.
- If you prefer your potato salad creamier, you can stir in cream, some Cremefine or coffee cream.
