Ingredients
- Ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
- 8 cl egg liqueur
- 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s)
- 4 cup / s coffee, stronger, sweeter, cold
- 0.5 ½ cup whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon coffee powder, instant, for decoration

- Pre-freeze tall glasses, sprinkle with vanilla ice cream and put the glasses back in the freezer until ready to serve.
- Then mix the egg liqueur with the scraped out vanilla pulp and pour over the ice cream.
- Now fill up with coffee, whip the cream and pour on it, sprinkle with coffee powder and enjoy with a straw.
