  • 120 g mararine or soft clarified butter
  • 70 g suar, brown
  • 100 g quark (20% fat)
  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • Granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection 180 °). Place baking paper on 2 trays. Stir in the fat until foamy, then stir in the sugar and stir until it forms a bond. Stir in the quark, then mix the flour with the pudding powder and stir in as well.
  2. With 2 teaspoons, place approx. 25 dough heaps on each tray (leave enough space) and flatten it a little with a damp teaspoon. Sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake the trays one after the other for 10-15 minutes. Place the biscuits on a wire rack with the baking paper and let them cool.
  3. Tip: You can also form cams with 2 teaspoons and roll them in granulated sugar or brown sugar, then put them on the tray and bake.
