Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 vanilla pod (s), scraped or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract powder
- 150 g powdered suar
- 350 ml cream
- 360 ml schnapps (grain) (at 34%)
- 1 packet pudding powder, vanilla for cold mixing

- Beat the egg yolks, vanilla, powdered sugar and cream in a blender until frothy.
- Then slowly add the grain.
- Slowly add the pudding powder to the machine and beat it for a while until it is frothy.
- Fill and let it steep for about a day.
- Most of the time it just doesn`t last that long.
