Ingredients
- 2 points puff pastry
- 1 cup cream
- 1 point QimiQ, vanilla
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon yogurt
- Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

- Cut the puff pastry into 1 cm wide strips and wrap small foam roll molds with them. Bake in the oven according to the package instructions and allow to cool.
- For the cream, stir the Qimiq until smooth, add the yogurt and granulated sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the Qimiq cream. Fill the puff pastry rolls with the cream, sprinkle with icing sugar and refrigerate.
