Vanilla Cookies

Delicious vanilla biscuits made from whole grain flour. Shortbread dough, baked goods made from it are tender and crumbly. These cookies are easy to make and perfect for homemade tea.

Servings: 10-15

Ingredients

  • Butter – 150 Grams
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Sugar – 50 Grams
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Vanilla tincture – 2 Tbsp. spoons (or 2 bags of vanilla sugar)
  • Wheat flour – 220 grams (whole grain)
  • Baking Dough – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare the ingredients.
  2. Pour sugar into a bowl and beat in an egg.
  3. Add vanilla tincture or vanilla sugar. We mix.
  4. Put soft butter and mix everything with a blender.
  5. Pour flour in small portions. Add baking powder.
  6. Knead the dough, cover the bowl and leave for 10 minutes.
  7. We turn on the oven. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and place the cookies with a cooking syringe.
  8. We send the baking sheet with cookies to the preheated oven. We bake for 7-10 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 degrees.
  9. The vanilla cookies are ready. Help yourself!
