Veal Steak with Onion Sauce

The recipe is very simple, useful when you need to quickly serve a meat dish. These steaks are often prepared by my husband when it comes to his turn to make dinner.

Ingredients

  • Veal, steaks – 3 pcs.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to cook veal steak in a skillet:

Directions

  1. In vegetable oil, fry the onion, chopped not very thinly.
  2. Add the meat slices and sauté on both sides over high heat. Now reduce heat, season with salt and pepper, and cook the veal steaks in the pan for another 10 minutes, turning from time to time. How much time to cook the meat is a matter of taste, and also depends on the quality of the steak. But keep in mind that if you overdo it, the meat will become tough.
  3. For a side dish with veal steak, any vegetables, salad, or french fries are suitable.
