  • 2 teaspoons mustard, mild or medium hot
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 date (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ turmeric
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix vigorously.
  2. With weaker devices, it is worth soaking the sunflower seeds beforehand and adding the oil in smaller portions.
  3. Experience shows that the mayo will keep for at least a week in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator.
