Ingredients

  • 150 g artichoke hearts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 1 avocado (s), ripe
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the avocado and remove the stone. Spoon out the pulp and place in a container in which you can mix everything later with the hand blender.
  2. Halve the lemon and squeeze it. Pour the juice and pulp of the lemon over the avocado. Press the garlic clove through the garlic press and add it along with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the artichoke hearts. If they are large, cut into 2 or 4 pieces if necessary. Then puree everything with a good hand blender.
  4. The paste is relatively firm, so it can be used not only as a dip but also as a spread.
