Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ avocado (s)
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 110 g cane suar
  • 3 teaspoons coffee
  • 175 ml water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 120 g wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 100 g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. First preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat and line the brownie pan with baking paper. Mash half the avocado with a fork and cut the dark chocolate into small pieces. Mix the mashed avocado and the oil in a bowl, I used a whisk for this, but a fork will do the same. Add the flour, cocoa powder, coffee, cane sugar, baking soda, salt and water and stir again until the batter is smooth. Finally, fold the chocolate pieces under the batter and then pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Then bake for 15 to 20 minutes (after 15 minutes, use a toothpick to check how sticky the dough is. It shouldn`t be too sticky, but definitely not dry). Have fun baking and bon appetite.
