  • 1 tube tomato paste
  • 150 g almond (s), round
  • 1 packet basil (frozen)
  • 1 packet herbs, Italian (frozen)
  • olive oil
  • Oil, neutral
  • broth
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed or chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground almonds, herbs and tomato paste together well in a bowl. Add the juice of both limes (or just one - depending on your taste) and stir. Season to taste with broth and garlic. Now fill up the pesto with both oils until the pesto is covered.
  2. Really tasty and easy to prepare for guests.
