Ingredients
- 100 g almond (s), peeled
- 1 bunch coriander
- 50 g cheese, (pecorino)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 100 ml olive oil
- salt and pepper

- If there are no peeled fresh almonds at hand, put unpeeled almonds in boiling water for 30 seconds, drain and gently squeeze out of the shell.
- Puree the almonds with coriander, cheese, garlic and olive oil in a blender and season with salt and pepper.
